What you will do
The Senior International Mobility & Human Resources Specialist serves as a trusted advisor supporting FedEx’s growing international mobility needs across APAC and MEISA. As part of a lean global mobility team, this role partners closely with HR, business leaders, vendors, and internationally mobile employees to ensure smooth, compliant, and employee-focused mobility operations.
This role plays a key part in supporting FedEx’s international growth strategy by managing mobility programs, strengthening compliance processes, and driving operational excellence across immigration, tax, relocation, and assignment management.
Essential Functions
International Mobility & Compliance
· Manage end-to-end international mobility cases including expatriation, relocation, immigration, tax, and social security coordination.
· Ensure compliance with regional regulations and mobility policies to minimize financial and reputational risks.
· Support the expansion and governance of Stock & Mobility Compliance processes across APAC and MEISA.
Program & Operational Support
· Support increasing mobility volumes and complexities across APAC and MEISA.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive operational efficiencies and standardization.
· Partner with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless mobility support and employee experience.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
· Act as a key point of contact for mobile employees, executives, HR partners, and business leaders.
· Maintain accurate mobility records, reporting, and documentation.
· Provide insights and support on mobility trends, risks, and compliance matters.
You will be a great fit if you
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, International Business, or related field preferred.
· 5–8 years of experience in international mobility, global HR, or expatriate management.
· Strong knowledge of immigration, relocation, tax, and mobility compliance processes.
· Experience working across multinational and cross-cultural environments, ideally within APAC and/or MEISA.
· Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
· Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance.
