- Act as the primary point of
contact for students, providing guidance on training and placement
activities.
- Address student inquiries
and ensure consistent communication throughout the training and placement
processes.
- Onboarding & Training
Support
- Ensure the selection and
onboarding of suitable candidates for training programs.
- Collaborate with trainers
and students to monitor attendance, encourage participation, and counsel
as necessary.
- Collect and analyze
feedback from students on training sessions, ensuring continuous
improvement.
- Admissions & Lead
Conversion
- Follow up on admission
leads with the support of SEO and achieve monthly/quarterly admission
conversion targets.
- Organize mobilization
initiatives to identify and enrol suitable candidates from underserved
communities.
- Centre Operations &
Administration
- Support all aspects of
centre operations, including record-keeping, scheduling, and resolving
operational challenges.
- Document data into the
Management Information System (MIS) and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in planning and
conducting community events, outreach, and engagement activities.
- Retention & Alumni
Support
- Conduct follow-up calls to
alumni for retention and feedback reporting.
- Support placed candidates
by monitoring their progress and preparing retention and outcome reports.
- Target Achievement
- Consistently meet
monthly/quarterly goals related to student engagement, training
participation, and admission conversions.
