ARSIEM is currently looking for a Mobile Developer. The positions will support one of our Government clients in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Responsibilities
- Support the group's overall mission to design, develop, test, and maintain CNO capabilities
Join a team of developers working on various Mobile capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ (SD3) years of experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python
- In-depth understanding of network protocols
- In-depth understanding of OS internals
- Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar binary analysis tools a plus
- Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts
- Knowledge of common CNO techniques
- Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight
- Ability to present a development plan and forecast deliverables
- Labor Category Requirements: Software Developer III
- Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms requirements.
- Build applications using a specified programming language as per the government.
- Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications
- Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment
- Labor Category Requirements: Software Developer III
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience programming with object-oriented programming languages.
- Minimum five (5) years experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR minimum five (5) years experience developing UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
- Experience developing complex programs using, C, C#, C++, Java, or other comparable languages
- Minimum three (3) leading projects that develop complex software, ensuring a collaborative environment, and configuration management, and Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
