Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate MLR Review Specialist to be part of our leadership team and join our mission of delivering best-in-class, compliant promotional materials through our innovative AI platform. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our industry-leading AI system by providing expert validation, refining its performance, and ensuring seamless alignment with client workflows. Leveraging your expertise and understanding of tools like Veeva Vault PromoMats, you’ll help shape the future of our platform as we scale to meet the needs of the global life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Validation: Evaluate promotional materials processed by our advanced AI platform to confirm outputs meet medical, legal, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA), ensuring our system consistently delivers compliant results

  • Claim Creation: Craft evidence-based, compliant claims from clinical trial reports, scientific literature, and other reference materials to support platform enhancements and client needs.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Stay ahead of evolving global and local regulations in pharmaceutical marketing, applying your knowledge to keep our platform and processes at the forefront of compliance.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic evaluations of AI outputs to validate performance, identifying opportunities to further refine accuracy and efficiency

  • Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with our product and engineering teams, using insights from customer materials and your expertise to drive continuous improvements to our AI platform.

  • Client Partnership: Engage with MLR experts at client organizations to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and ensure our platform integrates seamlessly with their processes

  • Knowledge Leadership: Share MLR best practices with internal teams, guiding product development and client success as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications
  • Education: Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field. Additional training in regulatory affairs or pharmaceutical marketing is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • 7–10 years in MLR review, regulatory affairs, or pharmaceutical marketing, with hands-on experience reviewing promotional materials and creating claims, ideally across multiple leading pharmaceutical companies.

    • Strong understanding of compliance standards across medical, legal, and regulatory domains.

    • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats in MLR review workflows.

    • Proven ability to collaborate with MLR experts or stakeholders in client-facing roles.
