Opis stanowiska

Pracownik zapewnia wysokiej jakości obsługę klienta odpowiadając na zapytania dotyczące obsługi przetwarzania kart kredytowych handlowców, a także innych przydzielonych obszarów. Rozwiązuje problemy, diagnozuje i dostarcza klientom rozwiązania problemów z terminalami serwisowymi, autoryzacyjnymi i kartami kredytowymi. Informuje sprzedawców o obowiązujących zasadach, procedurach i praktykach.

Podstawowe kwalifikacje:

  • Dyplom ukończenia szkoły średniej
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta

Preferowane umiejętności/doświadczenie:

  • Podstawowa wiedza o produktach, usługach, praktykach i procedurach rozwiązywania problemów, obowiązujących przepisach, systemach i procedurach
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacji telefonicznej, interpersonalnej i werbalnej
  • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów i prowadzenia negocjacji
  • Umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i negocjacji, a także umiejętność radzenia sobie z trudnymi rozmowami z klientami
  • Umiejętność identyfikowania i rozwiązywania/eskalacji złożonych problemów
  • Biegła znajomość obsługi klawiatury i obsługi komputera, w szczególności aplikacji Microsoft Office
  • Zaangażowanie w wysoką jakość obsługi klienta
  • Dobre umiejętności zarządzania czasem w celu maksymalizacji liczby klientów, którym można pomóc, przy jednoczesnym utrzymaniu wysokiego poziomu obsługi klienta
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
