THE PROJECT: Your Innovation, Our Support
This is a 2-month summer ML research internship with the potential for long-term cooperation or a future full-time role based on mutual fit and performance.
You will:
Join Rossum’s Research Team and lead your own internship project pushing the envelope in SOTA deep learning and LLMs for document understanding
Work hands-on with Python and PyTorch across Computer Vision and NLP
Experiment on large-scale real-world datasets powering Rossum’s production systems
Have access to research servers with dozens of high-end GPUs, terabytes of RAM, and hundreds of CPU cores
Collaborate closely with senior researchers and engineers shaping Rossum’s core technology
Once you pass the interview, we don’t just assign a task - we fine-tune a project specifically to match your research interests and passions.
Top-performing interns may see their work deployed into production systems, contribute to internal research directions, and potentially co-author publications.
ABOUT YOU
You are an excellent student interested in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or NLP, likely in the later stages of a Bachelor’s program or pursuing a Master’s or PhD.
You bring:
Hands-on ML experience through school projects, research work, GitHub/GitLab repos, or publications
Comfort implementing models in PyTorch or TensorFlow
A love for programming (and an appreciation that Python is hard to beat)
A data-driven mindset - open to strong arguments, not dogmatic about assumptions
Genuine passion for both technical excellence and meaningful real-world impact
