Our mission is to ensure smooth, secure, and scalable AI operations! We are hiring an experienced MLOps/AI Ops Engineer in Prague to join our DevOps & Run Team within the Data & AI CoE.
Job purpose
Ensure the scalable, secure, and efficient deployment of machine learning models by integrating development and operations practices. Drive operationalization, reproducibility, and governance of AI assets using modern tools and cloud-native solutions.
What you will work on
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Databricks, and Mlflow.
Automate model packaging, registration, and deployment workflows.
Operationalize open-source and vendor LLMs like Llama and Azure OpenAI.
Support retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector stores (FAISS, pgvector, Azure AI Search).
Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for AI models and agents.
Ensure observability of data drift, model performance, and agent workflows using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Apply explainability and responsible AI practices, including SHAP and GDPR compliance.
Optimize platform components such as Databricks clusters, Feature Store, and Unity Catalog.
Collaborate with AI and DevOps teams to improve infrastructure and tooling.
What we expect from you
Strong background in MLOps and AI Ops with 4+ years in IT, including 2+ years with Python and Azure.
Experience running ML models and LLM-based applications in production.
Hands-on knowledge of Databricks, MLflow, CI/CD, and containerized inference.
Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation techniques.
Understanding of monitoring, explainability, and responsible AI principles.
Advanced English proficiency for international teamwork.
