Job Summary
1. Control the mixing and melting of glass to ensure it meets the specified standards and procedures.2. Plan the use of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and personnel to achieve maximum efficiency.
3. Supervise, manage, and improve the work of Mixing & Melting Maintenance Technicians, including monitoring and evaluating their performance.
Job Description:
1. Inspect the operating system of the raw material mixing plant and the general condition of the furnace in the morning before starting work to ensure there are no abnormalities. 2. Control the use of gas appropriately when there are changes in pull-ton, and check the furnace temperature control report in the Daily Report. 3. Inspect the quality and stock of raw materials, and sign off on raw material requisitions. 4. Resolve issues when abnormalities occur in the furnace, and coordinate with supervisors or relevant departments when irregularities are found. 5. Order spare parts and necessary equipment for the mixing and melting department, and ensure sufficient procurement of essential parts for departmental use. 6. Prepare documents and compile monthly departmental reports, and carry out activities related to ISO systems, GHPs, and HACCP. 7. Perform other related duties as assignedQualification:

- Prepare documentation and monthly departmental reports; support ISO, GHP, and HACCP activities.
