This cross-functional field role blends client response and sales with hands-on mitigation work, depending on business needs. Responsibilities
- Respond to warm leads, build rapport, and assess damage in clients' homes
- Propose restoration solutions and follow up through approvals and project updates
- Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
- Remove damaged materials, extract water, and set up/monitor drying equipment
- Demo damaged areas and prep homes for reconstruction when necessary
- Communicate internally with team members to ensure excellent client service
