Der interne Vertrieb (Inside Sales) ist die erste zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und spielt eine entscheidende Rolle für die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Gewinnung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Die Rolle bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, tiefes Verständnis für unsere Produkte, Kundenbedürfnisse und Marktanforderungen zu entwickeln – und dabei Kundenservice, Vertriebs- und technische Fähigkeiten einzusetzen.
Als Inside Sales Mitarbeiter*in bist Du verantwortlich für die kommerziellen Vertriebsaktivitäten mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden sowie mit internen Stakeholdern. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören Vertriebsunterstützung, Produktschulungen, Produktauswahl, Angebotserstellung und die Koordination von Aufträgen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Kleinkundenmanagement
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kleinkunden (Share-of-Wallet-Wachstum, Cross-Selling, Margenmanagement)
- Proaktive Akquise neuer Kleinkunden per Telefon oder Video
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Preisen sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen
- Bearbeitung von Qualitätsbeschwerden
- Pflege und Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten im CRM
Marktforschung
- Durchführung von Web- und LinkedIn-Recherchen
- Analyse von Märkten und Wettbewerbern
- Qualifizierung und Management von Leads im CRM
- Unterstützung ausgewählter Marketinginitiativen
- Umsetzung verschiedener Kundenbefragungen
- Aktualisierung und Pflege der Share-of-Wallet-Datenbank
Unterstützung des Außendienstes (ASM)
- Bei Bedarf, insbesondere während Reiseaktivitäten des Außendienstes: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Zertifikaten und Preislisten
- Bereitstellung von technischen und kaufmännischen Informationen
Dein Anforderungsprofil:
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich oder gleichwertige relevante Berufserfahrung
- 3- 5 jährige Berufserfahrung in Kundenservice, Kundenmanagement oder Verkauf
- Erfahrung im Verkauf von Industrieverpackungen wünschenswert
- Sehr gutes, in der Praxis bewährtes Englisch
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kundenbetreuung; befähigt zum Auf- und Ausbau langfristiger vertrauensvoller Geschäftsverbindungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite
- Gutes technisches Verständnis, Interesse an einem umfassenden Produktportfolio, das in vielen Branchen zum Einsatz kommt
- Fortgeschrittenes Verständnis von CRM- und ERP-Systemen

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is 44.320,00 € - 70.880,00 € annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $44.320,00 to $57.600,00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
