Mission Systems Engineer – Senior
Ft. Eustis - Newport News VA area
Summary: Senior multi-disciplinary engineering support for Mission Systems, Platforms, and Technical Integration. Capable of overseeing staff and serving as Key Personnel.
Key Duties
- Generate reports, procedures, plans, and engineering studies/analyses.
- Support test preparation/execution, modeling & simulation, requirements definition, architectures, and program monitoring.
- Present results via white papers, TIMs, and briefings. Potential flight duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- ABET-accredited Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering + 8 years (Master’s + 6 years, or Doctoral + 3 years) relevant experience including modeling & simulation.
- Ability to oversee less-senior staff.

Skills Required
- ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or Master's/Doctoral with equivalent reduced experience)
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience (Master's +6 years, Doctoral +3 years) including modeling & simulation
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools and techniques
- Experience supporting test preparation and execution
- Experience in requirements definition, system architectures, and program monitoring
- Ability to oversee and mentor less-senior engineering staff
