Job Description:

Responsible for leading the development of tools and resources needed to fulfill the mission strategy for Mission and Ministry. This position interfaces with leaders, teams, and outside vendors to manage development from concept to completion with a primary focus on technology and innovation. Additionally, this role ensures quality control and copywriting for various programs and platforms. In addition, this position communicates with mission representatives to support needs and follow-through. Sustains the department's overall goals through team participation.

  • Manages the development and implementation of mobile device tools to enhance mission initiatives.
  • Coordinates webinars to facilitate mission-related education and engagement. Creates and maintains digital media resources to support mission initiatives. Interfaces with website development teams to ensure mission-related content is effectively integrated and accessible.
  • Collaborates with leaders, teams, and outside vendors to manage development from concept to completion.
  • Ensures quality control and copywriting for various programs and platforms. Communicates with mission representatives to support needs and follow-through. Leads project management, accounting for all project details, deadlines, reports, and team management.
  • Standardizes mission-related content and materials across various markets. Develops technology solutions to support mission initiatives, including mobile device tools, webinar coordination, digital media resources, and website interfacing. Seeks opportunities to translate key learnings into potential solutions and initiatives.
  • Advises department leadership on emerging technology trends and relevant strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong writing and editorial skills [Required]
• Ability to multitask effectively [Required]
• Proficiency and understanding of digital media trends and technology and emerging platforms [Required]
• Solid knowledge of Windows Applications: including Microsoft Office 365 [Required]
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Power Point [Required]
• Understanding of user-experience principles [Required]
• Proficient in SmartSheet [Preferred]
• Proficient in Constant Contact [Preferred]
• Experience with SalesForce and SalesForce Apps [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's four-year college degree in marketing, communications or computer technology [Required]
Field of Study:
• Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications or Computer technology
Work Experience:
• 2+ experience working with communication/technology development companies to utilize specific platforms to engage consumers [Preferred]
• 3+ relevant experience in healthcare, facilitating communications/mission initiatives for internal/external audiences [Required]

Pay Range:

$66,170.74 - $123,073.07
