Job Title: MIS Executive (Management Information Systems)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and providing insights to drive business decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to maintain data accuracy, improve reporting processes, and provide technical expertise in managing information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
  
  Collect, organize, and analyse large sets of data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  

• Report Generation:
  
  Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations based on business needs. Ensure data is presented in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
  

• Data Analysis:
  
  Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help in decision-making and process improvement.
  

• Automation of Reports:
  
  Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Sheets features to automate repetitive tasks and streamline reporting processes.
  

• System Maintenance:
  
  Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the MIS database, ensuring that all relevant data is up-to-date and correct.
  

• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy, and support them with relevant information and reports.
  

• Troubleshooting:
  
  Identify and solve data-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the MIS system.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in an MIS role, with a strong understanding of information systems and reporting.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros) and Google Sheets (with scripting knowledge being a plus).
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and data visualisation tools.
  
• Familiarity with Google App Script for automation in Google Sheets.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
