Job Description
Information Systems and Data Management (HR) is responsible for the design, modification, and maintenance of the firm's human resources (HR) information systems. Ensures data integrity in the HR system, including the ongoing development and monitoring of HR data quality and confidentiality standards. The Human Resources function is responsible for activities related to the collaborative or direct support of people management strategies to address issues including compensation, talent acquisition, relocation, diversity, training, employee relations, and organizational development.
