- First point of contact for IS issues and resolve it soonest with minimal disruption
- Network infrastructure troubleshooting like internet isssues, VPN, WIFI, IP Conflicts
- User workstation and mobile devices commissioning, troubleshooting, management
- Office hardware like printers, projectors, scanners, servers, and MS windows software troubleshooting and management
- New Joiner embarkment and Leaver Clearance
- Lyreco IS assets tracking and management for audit purpose
- Familiar with Windows Intunes Processes and Active Directory for users profile configuration
- Other Lyreco Software 1st Level Support, if not escalate with Group to resolve issues
- Required occasion travel to Singapore to support both countries physically, if not remotely
- Assist in QSS matters occasionally
