Job Description
•Collecting, analyzing and managing HR operational related MIS Database reports.
•Preparation of wide variety of dashboards using Excel and charts for easy representation of data.
•Co-ordination with various stakeholders to maintain accuracy and relevance of the data collected and processed.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and other data visualization tools to communicate performance and trends.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in the collection and analysis of data.
•Participate in the development of HR policies & procedures.
Skills required
•Knowledge of HR processes , Advance Excel (Pivot tables ,VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Match, IF Conditions)
•Able to manage & analyse large databases.
•Proven ability in data cleaning and validation for quality reports.
•Problem-solving skills & good interpersonal skills.
•Preferred – Any Graduate with 1-3 years experience of HR operations, HRIS/ HR MIS .
•Salary as per Industry standards.
