Mining Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced colleague to take full responsibility for managing and developing our internal Braiins mining facilities. This role combines technical expertise with managerial responsibility – you will oversee the entire mining operations, lead a small team, and ensure smooth operation of our hardware as well as related client services.

• Overall responsibility for Braiins internal mining facilities and their development.

• Plan and organize maintenance of mining devices and infrastructure.

• Team leadership (currently one mining operations technician).

• Reporting to company leadership on operations performance and facility status.

• Supporting key clients remotely.

• Testing new versions of ASIC firmware on the mining devices.

• Improving Braiins products.

• Possibility to help our clients on-site with installation, usage, and troubleshooting of Braiins products after proper training.

• IT or engineering background.

• Proven experience in leading a small team or project management.

• Proficient in English (B2 level minimum).

• Driving license (B).

• Solid understanding of electrical systems and hardware operations.

• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence in Electrotechnics according to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 §6 Coll. (or equivalent international qualification).

• Orientation in Linux.

• Basic networking skills.

• The desire to tinker with things, look for different solutions, and stay up to date with assigned tasks.

• Proactive approach and passion for learning new things.

🇨🇿 The work is located in Prague, Czech republic. Therefore we are looking for candidates located in this area.
