Own and automate the commercial team's systems and daily operations across CRM, accounting, marketing, product, and business development to remove bottlenecks and streamline quoting, contracting, invoicing, and reporting.

Develop and maintain Rust/Tokio backend microservices for pool and hashpower market products. Design APIs, manage data flows, ensure observability and production readiness, reason about market impact, collaborate across teams, use data and experiments to validate changes, and modernize legacy tools.

Lead rapid product discovery and prototyping: translate ideas into requirements, experiments, clickable or lightweight functional prototypes, and validation plans. Work with product, design, engineering, QA, and data teams, query telemetry to validate ideas, document findings, and improve discovery workflows using AI-assisted tools.
