Job Description
Support by new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition,
validation, and installation on production environment. Develop instructions and internal
procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or
central entities.

Milling Specialist:
• Support to develop, test and validate CNC programs to milling Pcb panels.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes and procedures, which
contribute to reducing and eliminating nonconformities and optimizing processes.
• Provide support in the reception and validation of CNC Machines according Bosch Standards.
• Provide support to production in solving problems that affect processes and CNC Machines.
• Responsible for supporting by fixtures and tools: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation,
release and implementation on production process.
• Responsible to follow implementation of DMD´s / VVT´s / and general specifications requested for VS.
Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new
requirements and communicate them to MFP group.
• Ensure the participation of the group of engineers in global process meetings. Sharing lessons
learned.
• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training for
engineers and technicians to solve them and implement this trainings and actions in a systematic
way.
• Responsible for supporting by quality / customer audits.
• Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.
• Eliminate non-valued added activities.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics / Electromechanic / Mechanical
LANGUAGE: English advanced
SKILLS:
• Knowledge or Certification in advanced CNC programming.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and
improvement.
• Advanced knowledge in cutting tools and fastening systems.
• CAD-CAM advance knowledge
• Advanced knowledge in Robotics and process automation.
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience (3-5 years) as mechanical process or maintenance.
• PLC programming is a plus: TwinCAT.
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Design CAD: Solid works, or other mechanical design SW.
• Deep Knowledge in MSA and SPC.
• Basic knowledge in vision system and scanners (Keyence, Cognex, Data Logic).
• Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.
