Join our Central Migrations Office team and be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and lead product launches. As a Migration Specialist Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in transforming the way our clients interact with Merchant Services, Treasury Services, and Digital Design platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex transitions, making a real difference in their journey.
As a Migration Specialist Senior Associate within the Central Migrations Office, you will be the driving force behind successful client migrations. You will work closely with a dynamic team dedicated to client support and technical execution, ensuring a smooth transition to new platforms. Your role is vital in enhancing the client experience and contributing to the firm's success.
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients in migration projects, ensuring comprehensive support and technical execution.
  • Spearhead integration testing by collaborating with clients to define scope, implement test plans, and facilitate transitions to production.
  • Work proactively with project managers and functional partners to provide clients with necessary information and support.
  • Drive change by identifying and addressing service gaps to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage queues efficiently, showcasing exceptional time management skills.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Provide updates to service teams and relationship management regarding client progress.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in product migrations or similar initiatives.
  • Knowledge of core applications and products in Merchant Services and/or Treasury Services.
  • Results-oriented self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Windows and Office, with multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent client management and project/process management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of achieving objectives without direct control over resources.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bi-Lingual Speaker.
  • Experience with migrations, client onboarding, and implementations.
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.
