What’s the scope of this role?
- Participating in migration projects
- Maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
- Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and finding solutions to these issues
- Preparing and producing releases of software components
- Communicating with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance teams
- Participating in product research and development
What skills and experience will you need for this role?
- A higher degree in IT, Telecommunications or related field (Preferably a Master's Degree)
- 3+ years of advance experience in PL/SQL or PL/pgSQL
- Knowledge of ETL approaches and tools
- Fluent English – both written and verbal
- Be familiar with Agile (SCRUM) methodology and Waterfall delivery models
- Willingness to learn new technologies such as Java, Python, and Golang
What other skills and/or experience could be useful for this position?
- Data migration experience
- Knowledge of Apache NiFi, Airflow, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, and Cursor IDE
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or Golang
- Telecom experience
