What you’ll do
Craft bold, brand-led concepts for physical and hybrid (physical + digital) experiences
Design innovative spatial environments across experiential, retail, interiors, and branded spaces
Translate brand strategy into compelling customer journeys and spatial storytelling
Work across exciting global and local projects spanning the likes of beauty, wellness, lifestyle, pharma, luxury, and automotive
Collaborate closely with strategy, client services, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions
Develop high-quality visualisations, layouts, and presentation materials
Confidently present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure design continuity and excellence across multiple projects simultaneously
Stay ahead of cultural, design, and technology trends influencing brand experiences
Contribute positively to studio culture, critiques, and creative development
What you’ll need
Essential
Proven experience in experiential, spatial, interiors, or brand environment design within a creative or design agency
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop innovative experience-led ideas
A portfolio demonstrating work across a variety of brands and sectors
Strong brand sensibility and understanding of how brands translate into physical space
High proficiency in Cinema 4D (C4D), Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite
Confident presenter with client-facing experience
Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and craft
Desirable
Experience across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, pharma, luxury, or automotive sectors
Familiarity with AI creative platforms such as Midjourney, Gemini, Nanobana (or similar)
Knowledge of motion, digital, or interactive experience design
Understanding of production and build considerations for physical environments
Sketching and rapid ideation skills
