Plan, coordinate and execute patch management activities for servers and workstations.

Analyze patch requirements and assess impact on the environment, including application testing and compatibility.

Prioritize patch deployment based on risk and severity of vulnerabilities.

Maintain accurate records of patch levels for all devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor the effectiveness of patch management processes and recommend improvements where necessary.

Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot issues related to patch deployment.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to patch management and system security.

Create and maintain accurate records in enterprise ticketing system
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field, and/or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and patch management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to details and the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
-
Familiarity with patch management tools, such as Bigfix, WSUS, SCCM, and others.
-
Understanding of system security principles and best practices.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Experienced working in an ITIL driven organization
-
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Sheets

Familiar with ticketing system - ServiceNow experience is a plus
