About the ClientThe Client is a custom software development company committed to providing quality IT solutions that facilitate and add value to clients’ businesses. They offer a full spectrum of custom software services, including web and mobile application development.
What You’ll Do- Orchestrate and maintain seamless deployments across Azure and diverse on-premise customer environments
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational excellence across all deployments
- Lead Azure infrastructure management with a strong focus on performance tuning and FinOps
- Optimize cloud costs and resource allocation through proactive monitoring and analysis
- Act as a high-level technical consultant for global enterprise customers
- Lead live troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues
- Manage on-premise delivery using Advanced Installer (MSI), ensuring smooth upgrades in restricted environments
- Enhance system stability through advanced monitoring, automated self-healing, and continuous performance optimization
- Azure Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience with Azure services, Resource Groups and cloud cost management tools
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience managing infrastructure in a repeatable, automated fashion
- On-Premise Expertise: Proven knowledge of On-Premise deployment methodologies, specifically with Advanced Installer (MSI) or similar packaging tools
- Hybrid Networking: Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPN, Firewalls,DNS) in both cloud and local data center contexts
- Customer-Facing Experience: Ability to navigate high-pressure troubleshooting sessions directly with global enterprise clients
- Systems Fluency: Strong background in Windows Server administration and SQL Server connectivity
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Operations roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, production-grade Azure environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a "reliability-first" mindset
- Full English Proficiency: Ability to communicate technical complexity clearly to both internal stakeholders and international customers
