Position: Coordinator – Class VI to VIII
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise academic planning and implementation for Classes VI–VIII
Guide and support subject teachers to enhance teaching-learning outcomes
Ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines, assessment patterns, and curriculum standards
Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies
Coordinate timetables, class schedules, academic events, and examinations
Maintain discipline, student welfare, and positive school culture
Act as a liaison between school leadership, teachers, students, and parents
Prepare academic reports and support school management in decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CBSE middle school coordination/teaching
Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills
