Now we’re looking for a Researcher (Ukraine) to join our team. You’ll work side-by-side with a dedicated AM/SDR, usingtop-tier tools to find and enrich high-quality leads for global clients. If you love deep research, fast execution, and turning raw data into actionable insights - this role puts you at the heart of our outbound engine.

As a Researcher, here’s how you’ll make an impact every day:

  • Find the right people. You’ll identify high-quality leads based on detailed ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, social platforms, and any source that gets the job done.
  • Own the research engine. You’ll work with Google Sheets and advanced tools like Apollo or PhantomBuster to enrich data, validate lists, and build lead research from scratch across multiple projects.
  • Become a mini-expert fast. For every new client (mostly across North America and Europe), you’ll dive into their product, industry, and ideal buyer to understand exactly who to target — and why.
  • Keep everything moving. You’ll stay on top of deadlines, deliver clean and accurate weekly/monthly reports, and collaborate closely with your AM/SDR so every campaign launches with the right data.
  • Be the reliability point. When the team needs clarity on data, leads, or targeting — they’ll count on you to provide the answers and keep research on track.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation research;
  • Speak Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher;
  • Clear communication is your advantage;
  • Be proficient with Google Sheets (or Excel), browser research extensions, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Think critically and provide realistic, constructive feedback to clients and teammates;
  • Thrive in fast-paced, adaptive environments — move quickly, learn continuously, and grow with the team.
