The Account Executive at Revit will manage the sales cycle for inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, create proposals, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding while maintaining CRM accuracy.

Lead outbound strategy and delivery across 4-5 projects, launch 12-20 campaigns monthly, craft high-converting copy, manage data/imports and mailboxes, mentor a researcher, run client calls, and optimize KPIs to consistently book high-quality appointments.

Manage email domain and mailbox health across multiple client projects: monitor reputation, run warmup and recovery, configure DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), set up sequences in outreach platforms, diagnose deliverability issues, verify templates for spam triggers, and resolve issues independently to ensure inbox placement.

Manage multiple client outbound campaigns: high-volume cold calling via power dialer, handle all email/LinkedIn replies, schedule meetings, monitor campaign metrics, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and provide structured feedback to improve lead quality and messaging.

As an Account Strategist, you manage 10-15 client accounts, develop omnichannel outreach strategies, lead internal teams towards KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction with proactive communication.
