Owns end-to-end financial reporting, including monthly P&L and cash flow packages, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and dashboard automation. The analyst tracks Delivery and Sales KPIs, supports month-end close and invoice deadlines, identifies business risks, and provides actionable insights directly to C-level leadership. The role partners closely with Finance, Delivery, Sales, and Accounting in a fully remote environment.

Lead outbound strategy and delivery across 4-5 projects, launch 12-20 campaigns monthly, craft high-converting copy, manage data/imports and mailboxes, mentor a researcher, run client calls, and optimize KPIs to consistently book high-quality appointments.

Manage multiple client outbound campaigns: high-volume cold calling via power dialer, handle all email/LinkedIn replies, schedule meetings, monitor campaign metrics, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, and provide structured feedback to improve lead quality and messaging.

As an Account Strategist, you manage 10-15 client accounts, develop omnichannel outreach strategies, lead internal teams towards KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction with proactive communication.
