What You’ll Do
  • Partner with developers, Business Analysts, traders, and project managers to ensure high-quality delivery of Fixed Income trading applications
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts with full traceability to business requirements
  • Validate complete Fixed Income trade lifecycle flows including order creation, execution, allocation, confirmation, settlement, and post-trade processing
  • Perform testing across OMS/EMS integrations, electronic trading platforms, and downstream systems
  • Validate workflows across RFQ platforms, dealer-to-client (D2C), and dealer-to-dealer (D2D) trading
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites; add and enhance automated test coverage
  • Validate data pipelines including ingestion, normalization, enrichment, transformation, and consumption across systems
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive issues through to resolution with clear root cause analysis
  • Participate in release cycles, supporting SIT, UAT, and production validation activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define testing scope, environments, and data requirements
What You Bring
  • Strong Fixed Income domain expertise with deep understanding of instruments such as:
    • Government and corporate bonds
    • Treasury bills/notes
    • Repo/Reverse repo
    • Interest rate derivatives (IRS, FRAs)
    • Credit products (CDS, credit-linked instruments)
  • Proven experience validating end-to-end Fixed Income trade workflows across front-to-back systems
  • Strong understanding of bond pricing, yield calculations, accrued interest, duration, and risk measures (DV01, convexity)
  • Hands-on experience with OMS/EMS platforms, trading venues, and dealer connectivity
  • Good understanding of FIX protocol (4.x/5.x) including message flows, session management, and onboarding
  • Strong experience in both manual testing and test automation frameworks/tools
  • Experience in integration testing across trading platforms, market data systems, and downstream processing systems
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments
  • Strong understanding of real-time data flows and low-latency trading systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using both technical and domain expertise
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have
  • Experience with Fixed Income pricing engines, yield curves, and market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv)
  • Familiarity with trade reporting, regulatory requirements (e.g., TRACE, MiFID II), and post-trade systems
  • Experience with electronic trading platforms
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
