REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience with Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience with SQL
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft reporting stack, including SSRS, tabular models, Tabular Editor 3, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Ability to write intermediate to advanced queries using DAX and T-SQL would be a plus
- Understanding of data and reporting architecture, including abstraction layers, SQL query optimization, report-level calculations, and end-user reporting structures
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Balanced skill set combining technical expertise, problem-solving ability, report development, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative, curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to apply feedback constructively
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and integrate data from multiple platforms and systems to ensure reliable and comprehensive reporting
- Create, maintain, and monitor automated alerts and recurring jobs; proactively identify, investigate, and resolve failures to minimize disruption for end users
- Design, build, and deliver standardized reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, including internal teams, Retail Partners, contractors, and manufacturers
- Support the business team by fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests and enabling BI self-service through effective tools and guidance
- Gain a deep understanding of business processes, enterprise platforms, and underlying data structures to ensure accurate and relevant reporting
- Plan, manage, and execute BI and reporting initiatives according to defined milestones and timelines
