About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Customizing and launching a new payment methods, features and projects;
- Technical troubleshooting and logs parsing about integrations, transactions, product features and user flow on clients website;
- Customizing new projects and clients brands;
- Сreating requests to improve or develop our products, escalating technical issues to the responsible teams and partners and controlling the results;
- Creating and supporting the documentation of Projects and Merchants;
- Generating alert-rules in microservice application Prometheus.
Essential professional experience:
- 1.5+ years of experience in the online payment industry;
- Technical expertise in transaction flow and payment integrations;
- Strong analytical skills for investigating and resolving complex issues;
- Ability to multitask effectively and quickly absorb information;
- Higher education;
- Intermediate+ English proficiency;
- Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.

- Proactive position and attitude with focus on business needs;
- Strong communication, negotiation skills;
- Team-player/independent worker;
- Ability to make quick decisions and deal with heavy workload;
