Alliance Bernstein Middle Office (ABMO) is the primary operational contact for all AB Trading Desks. The team allocates trades in the relevant order management systems and ensure that they are sent downstream correctly. The team is also responsible for the trade confirmation, collateral processing and the settlements process.
What you'll do:

To perform various trade support tasks including trade allocations, rebooking, and confirmation.

Additionally, the role will perform as an escalation contact for any trade settlement issues which occur post confirmation.

The individual will be expected to work as a part of a global team and will need to be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external clients.

The Trade Support team services all the AB Trading Desks.

On a daily basis the employee will use Longview (LVTS), Minerva, Enfusion, SFCM, CTM and Microsoft Office; internal applications such as Apex, Portfolio Management System, ACE, and GO; and use multiple vendor systems including Bloomberg.

Allocate trades across all products in the relevant order management systems.

Work with traders to ensure trade details are entered accurately.

Rebook trades due to discrepancies in commission, fees, broker, etc.

Ensure that all settlement issues are handled properly.

Confirm global trading through CTM and resolve discrepancies.

Resolve claims issued by brokers and custodians.

Monitor and resolve failed trades.
What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree strongly preferered

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or another relevant discipline

Experience in Trade Support, working with a team environment with time sensitive deadlines is desired.

The employee will develop extensive knowledge on the various products that AB offers and the differences amongst them.

They will communicate with the front office who are the decision makers behind AB Performance and Success.

This is a demanding and rewarding position which can provide the candidate a global view of the Investment Managers Role.
