- Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies across channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, DSP platforms);
- Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to define campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs;
- Researching market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to guide media buying decisions;
- Planning and managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds;
- Executing targeted and data-driven ad placements to maximize reach and engagement;
- Monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools and adjusting strategies when needed;
- Generating regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally in an advertising agency or similar role;
- Experience in B2B marketing;
- Experience in high-risk industries or deep understanding of processes in this field.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics;
- Solid negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with media vendors;
- Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data clearly;
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking and attention to detail;
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (a plus);
- Upper-intermediate English (required).
