About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Helping developers and QA engineers with implementing and following DevOps practices;
- Operating and maintaining the production environment;
- Improving and maintaining the High-Load and High-Availability infrastructure;
- Improving observability: logs, traces, metrics, alerts, dashboards;
- Improving the deployment of services to K8s and adopting the best AWS practices;
- Writing and updating scripts, automating routine DevOps activities;
- Performing root cause analysis for technical issues and alert responses;
- Investigating new solutions;
- Participating in on-call rotation.
Essential professional experience:
- At least Intermediate+ English level;
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps role;
- Experience with AWS: EC2, EKS, RDS, S3;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm;
- Experience with Git, GitLab CI;
- Experience with setting up and maintaining observability services like Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Experience with IaC: Terraform, Ansible;
- Linux proficiency;
- Understanding of production-level network architecture;
- Knowledge of scripting;
- Good time management and work prioritization.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Experience with Flux (GitOps);
- Experience with secrets management, Vault;
- Experience with MongoDB;
- Experience with Elastic, Kibana;
- Bash proficiency.
