IT Application Engineer
As an IT Application Engineer at Relativity, you will use your software development talents and skills to help build custom applications for our internal teams and our external customers. Your primary responsibility will be developing and supporting our Azure cloud-based Relativity applications. You will have many exciting opportunities to work with the numerous technologies within our department, such as Salesforce, Jira, and Snowflake.

The Application Engineering team focuses on software development using a wide range of different technologies. We work with various departments to build custom solutions to automate the internal and external processes. In addition, we also utilize the latest technologies and frameworks to build complete customized applications to solve many of our customers challenges and needs.
Job Description and Requirements
Your Role in Action
Develop and support our Relativity financial applications and integrations with various internal systems.
Analyze and understand billing data to ensure data quality.
Customize and automate our internal and external processes.
Participate in our Agile processes and rituals.
Troubleshoot issues by fixing defects and responding to client specific problems.
Your Skills
3+ years of software development experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft .NET using C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server or similar technologies.
Experience working with Agile development and CI/CD methodologies.
Strong communication, team-work, and problem solving skills.
Microsoft Azure certifications is a plus.
Salesforce, Snowflake, or ETL development is a plus.
Financial knowledge and SaaS billing models are a plus.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
186 000 and 279 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
