- Manage and maintain the office IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems;

- Oversee the daily operations of the office IT, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues;

- Provide end-user training and support, assisting employees with technical inquiries and troubleshooting;

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT technology and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance office productivity;
- Test new products and ensure implementation of confirmed changes;
- Maintain and update end-user asset inventory.

- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services, virtualization, and remote access technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Good technical understanding of centralized management concepts.
