Job Summary
- Work with the QA Manager to design, document, and execute test cases across mobile and cloud platforms, ensuring software meets functional and regulatory requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing that includes interaction with integrated hardware components, ensuring seamless functionality between the mobile app and the ultrasound device.
- Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to ensure new features are thoroughly tested and meet expected results and requirements as per specification.
- Discover and document product defects and track them through their lifecycle to validate the fixes.
- Improve and update test cases, as needed, to support regression testing.
- Ensure high-priority features are automated in collaboration with the automation team, leveraging automation to reduce manual V&V time.
- Partner with Regulatory and Quality teams to support audit readiness, traceability, and documentation compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including mobile and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience testing native iOS and/or Android applications.Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing, validation methodologies, and software lifecycle management.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally from product definition through project completion.
- Experience leveraging automation for regression testing.
- Advanced english skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry).
- Experience testing software systems that integrate with hardware components.
