- Be a champion of Xendit to potential customers and build relationships
- Actively engage with leads to convert into confirmed customers
- Assist customers with any needs throughout their onboarding process
Grow Customers and Revenue
- Follow up with new customers to get feedback on their experience with Xendit
- Win customers to achieve personal and team sales targets
- Communicate to internal stakeholders on customer’s needs and request
- Accelerate merchant ramp-up of merchants to reach terminal velocity as quick as possible
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in any industry, preferably SaaS/Banking/digital product, as Sales/Account Management
- Resourceful individual with ability to seek, identify, contact, and thorough follow ups on leads and potential customers
- Goals (quantitative) and action oriented with a proven track record in meeting targets within the same role in current/previous jobs
- Understand numbers and able to build up Sales Pipeline
- A self starter, strong willed and highly persuasive in engaging with potential customers
- Native in Tagalog and proficient in English both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
