The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Account Manager, Mid-Market to join our Sales Operations team! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and leading strategic account expansion across our mid-market accounts. You’ll be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, conducting quarterly business reviews, and growing existing accounts through premium-tier upgrades and multi-year agreements. As a trusted partner to your customers, you’ll cultivate strong relationships, identify growth opportunities for their business, and position CompanyCam as a vital solution for their long-term success and scalability. Location: Employees are not required to work in the office or relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska, for this opportunity. Employees are encouraged to come hang at headquarters for up to 10 days per calendar year on CompanyCam’s dime.

What You'll Do
  • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and increased product adoption.
  • Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades.
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and C-suite executives.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify growth opportunities and deliver added value to customers.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of the Premium subscription tier, adding additional users, and longer-term contracts.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to reinforce the value of our product and support renewal conversations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on strategy and improve the customer experience.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or a strategic sales role.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV). 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success conducting impactful Quarterly Business Reviews and navigating longer sales cycles.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 per year and is based on experience. Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $108,000 - $118,000. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
