This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our Dubai office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
Sign up your market's most important Mid-Market restaurants onto the Deliverect platform by managing the full sales cycle of commercial deals from first contact to contract signature.
Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face visits to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Build a consistent pipeline of opportunities and diligently convert them into successful deals.
Conduct current state versus future state analyses to identify prospect needs and effectively demonstrate Deliverect's value.
Handle objections with resilience and strategic thinking throughout the sales cycle to maximize closing probability.
Work closely with the Partnerships team to channel their leads through your sales funnel and bring them to activation readiness.
Perform a smooth handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation Consultants team to ensure successful onboarding.
Consistently apply our CRM processes to ensure clear communication, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management.
What You Will Bring:
- Fluency in English is essential.
At least 3 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role within the F&B sector.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to effectively engage, influence, and build relationships with C-Level and Director-level executives.
Highly proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with strong business development acumen, a competitive drive, and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with resilience and a proactive outbound mentality.
A curious and ambitious nature, with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and aspire to grow within an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and navigate challenges effectively.

Nice To Have:
Background or experience in the F&B industry, particularly with POS systems or online ordering platforms, is a significant advantage.
An existing network of customers and relationships within the F&B or tech industry in the UAE is a plus.
