本ポジションでは、中堅〜大手企業に対する新規営業活動を戦略的にリードし、契約獲得まで一貫して担当いただきます。
当社の営業メンバーは、明確に定義されたセールスメソッドに基づき、社内ステークホルダーやパートナーエコシステムと連携しながら、顧客ごとの課題やニーズを深く理解し、Datadogのソリューション価値を的確に伝えています。Mid-Market AEとして、営業スキルをさらに磨きながら、Datadogのチームの成功に継続的に貢献できるキャリアパスが用意されています。

【業務内容】- 新規ロゴ（新規顧客）獲得に特化した営業活動
- 交渉から技術デモに至るまで、営業サイクル全体をリード
- 商談の背景にあるビジネス要因を正確に把握
- 顧客の業務や事業構造を深く理解し、適切なアプローチを設計
- CTO、エンジニアリング／ITリーダー、SRE・DevOps・DevSecOpsなどの技術系ステークホルダーへの戦略的アプローチ
- 複雑な組織内の複数部門にまたがるマルチスレッド営業
- SDR（Sales Development Representative）、パートナー、マーケティングと連携したリード創出活動
- Sales NavigatorやDemandbaseなどのツールを活用した、リアルタイム信号・リサーチに基づくモダンな営業戦略の実践

- 新たなテクノロジーに対する好奇心が強く、それらがビジネス成果とどう関わるかに興味がある方
- 新規顧客開拓（ハンティング）に実績があり、アカウントマッピングや潜在顧客へのアプローチに長けている方
- パイプライン創出スキルが高く、顧客の前でも物怖じせず、自発的かつ創造的に行動できる方
- 出張を含む営業活動に対応可能な方（移動手段：車・電車・飛行機／最大30%）
