Your Team: 
The Platform vertical is one of the biggest verticals in the Engineering Division. Our iGaming Platform Solution offers a comprehensive player account management system that allows users to easily and efficiently manage their accounts, gaming activity, payments, CMS, CRM, anti-fraud, bonus management, chat tools, personalization, different market regulations, etc.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design, execute, and document test cases across web, mobile, and backend platforms to ensure stable, high-quality releases
• Perform cross-platform and compatibility testing using tools like BrowserStack or real devices
• Identify, log, and track defects in Jira; collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely fixes
• Run regression, smoke, and sanity tests to safeguard release stability
• Support deployments with go-live validation and post-release monitoring
• Maintain clear test documentation, environments, and data for efficient execution
• Contribute to process improvements and advocate for quality as a shared responsibility

Employees may be required to participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring availability outside regular working hours to respond to urgent issues as needed as per the On call policy.

Who you are:

• 4+ years of professional QA experience in Agile software development environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and QA best practices, including risk-based testing, shift-left strategies, and iterative delivery.
• Proven ability to test web-based applications, with strong knowledge of modern web and client-server architectures and service integrations.
• Comprehensive multiplatform testing experience, ensuring functionality, compatibility, and reliability across browsers, devices, and environments.
• Experience with distributed systems and analytics tools (e.g., Kafka, OpenSearch) for monitoring, data validation, and log analysis.
• Database proficiency in both relational (SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), including writing queries for validation and troubleshooting.
• Advanced API testing skills, using tools/frameworks such as Postman, Swagger, REST Assured, or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with test management platforms (Xray, TestRail, Zephyr) for designing, organizing, and maintaining structured test artifacts.
• Proficient in work management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) for workflow management, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong communication skills, delivering clear bug reports, documentation, and cross-team updates.
• Experience creating and maintaining QA guidelines and documentation, driving process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Mentorship experience, guiding junior and mid-level QA engineers, reviewing work, and supporting professional growth.

Beneficial Skills:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins, and understanding of automated testing integration.
• Familiarity with test project management methodologies and an understanding of cross-team delivery processes.
• Awareness of the core components of the sports betting and iGaming industry.
• Exposure to performance and load testing tools, methodologies, and reporting practices.
• Practical experience with automation development ideally in areas such as API, backend, or integration test frameworks would be a strong advantage.
