At Programmers Force, we build AI-driven SaaS solutions in fintech and regtech. We are looking for a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to manage end-to-end product development, streamline processes, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver software development projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage execution.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, and DevOps for smooth deployments.
- Manage client customizations, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and progress tracking.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure delivery quality.
- Prepare reports and present updates to senior leadership.
RequirementsRequirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
- 2–4 years’ experience in project management (tech/product-based environment preferred).
- Prior hands-on coding experience (Laravel, Node.js, Python).
- Strong understanding of backend systems, deployments, and server-side issues.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
