About the Role:

As an SMB Account Executive, Inbound Sales, you have an exciting opportunity to shape the way we sell our product and own the end-to-end sale. We are looking for strong communicators who have a natural sales instinct to be the face and voice of Motive. You will have the opportunity to educate fleet managers and owner/operators about Electronic Logging Devices, Fleet Management, Vehicle GPS Tracking, Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, IFTA Reporting, Electronic Logs, Dashcams and much more!

You understand the importance of providing a superb customer experience and are committed to ensuring it happens during each customer interaction. You are an exceptionally clear communicator and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, which enables you to build trust with potential customers. 

What You'll Do:
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
  • Proactively consult with businesses to uncover their unique needs and help advise on the best solutions for their business.
  • Demo our software to prospective fleet managers for small fleets.
  • Be a crucial component of the inbound sales process and work in partnership with inbound SDRs to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/emails per day and attending customer meetings on time.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of inbound/outbound sales experience preferably with international clients (US/Canada/UK)
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.
  • Must be a self-starter, who empowers themselves and others to learn in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to successfully convey key value propositions and quickly manage objections.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-suite, MS Office tools, and general technical aptitude preferred.
