Our Electronics Engineering team is seeking a Mid Electronics Engineer in Kaunas, Lithuania to drive the development of our next-generation IoT and networking solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of hardware design cycles, collaborate on complex system architectures, and apply your expertise to scale our connectivity ecosystem
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
In this role, you will:
- Design electronic circuits.
- Design PCBs for our devices.
- Improve existing projects.
- Research new technical solutions based on requirements.
- Prepare manufacturing files.
- Provide technical support and find the best solutions for customers.
What we expect of you:
- At least 2 years of experience in electronics engineering field.
- Education in electronics engineering.
- Experience with PCB CAD programs (Altium Designer preferred).
- Knowledge of electronic components and parameters (e.g., capacitors, inductors, resistors, etc.).
- Knowledge about devices assembly technologies.
- Experience with manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of high frequency signal principles.
- Experience with measurement equipment (e.g., Multimeter, osciloscope, VNA, etc.).
- Experience with simulation programs (e.g., LTspice).
- Knowledge of EMC principles.
- Good English language skills (both spoken and written).
- Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 19 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (~3170 Eur—4670 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
