Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a qualified All-Source Analyst to support intelligence operations and contribute to national security initiatives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide expert operational support in conducting all-source analysis, integrating intelligence from diverse sources to produce comprehensive assessments of national security threats, risks, and trends.
• Perform detailed multi-source analysis to interpret and forecast regional or functional developments, identifying emerging threats and informing decision-making processes at strategic and tactical levels.
• Deliver in-depth all-source analytical support to intelligence collection, operational planning, investigative activities, and defense-related intelligence requirements, ensuring timely and accurate intelligence products.
• Collect, structure, and manage operational mission data, enabling the development of accurate short- and long-term operational calendars to support mission planning and execution.
• Produce and distribute weekly intelligence briefs and updates that capture the status of ongoing operations, upcoming activities, and projected mission timelines.
• Track and analyze key operational resource requirements, including funding, equipment, personnel, and training, to provide forecasts that align with mission priorities and future operational needs.
• Compile quarterly reports that assess current resource levels, identify gaps, and forecast future requirements to support mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
• Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational support functions, ensuring compliance with best practices and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the management and updating of classified and unclassified repositories to ensure the accurate and secure storage of intelligence products, facilitating access for ongoing and future operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8 years of relevant intelligence analysis experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or
• High school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience, or
• Associate degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience

Salary Range
$95,000 - $110,000
This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the job's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
