We are looking for motivated Mid-Level Business Analysts to join our team and contribute to large-scale projects within the banking sector.
In this role, you will work closely with Business and IT stakeholders across multiple projects, supporting requirements analysis, process improvement, documentation, UAT, and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, test scenarios, and process manuals
- Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements
- Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, and process modeling
- Create mockups when required to support functional requirements
- Ensure requirements and deliverables are clear, consistent, and traceable
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business scenario execution
- Work across multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Collaborate closely with Business, IT, development, and testing teams
- Maintain high-quality project and requirements documentation
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and Business Analysis best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation and documentation
- Experience preparing BRDs, user stories, and business scenarios
- Experience with process modeling and gap analysis
- Good understanding of UAT and testing activities
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of BPMN or similar process-modeling methodologies
- Experience working on banking transformation or technology projects
- Greek language skills
- Have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Can translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Are comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities and projects
- Have strong attention to detail and documentation quality
- Are proactive, adaptable, and collaborative

Skills Required
