Job Description:
SimIS, Inc seeks a Microsoft Project (Server) Analyst to support portfolio management by developing and maintaining a suitable Microsoft Project Server ecosystem for the organization. Create custom solutions and integrations using Project Server Interface (PSI) and Client-Side Object Model (CSOM). Design and implement custom workflows to automate project management processes. Configure custom fields, views, and filters to help portfolio managers easily access the information they need. ACT is NATO’s leading agent for change: driving, facilitating, and advocating the continuous improvement of Alliance capabilities to maintain and enhance military relevance and effectiveness of the Alliance.

Job Description:
SimIS, Inc seeks a Microsoft Project (Server) Analyst to support portfolio management by developing and maintaining a suitable Microsoft Project Server ecosystem for the organization. Experience Required:
- 5 years of experience in project portfolio management, resource planning, or enterprise project data analysis.
- 5 years of experience in analyzing complex project data, developing reports, and creating dashboards using tools like MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Five years’ experience translating complex enterprise portfolio management data from Microsoft Project Server into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience improving project workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting project governance frameworks to enhance decision-making.
Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Research, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in project management or business analysis (e.g., MSP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, PMP) preferred.
- Microsoft Project Server Certification.
