Job DescriptionAre you a driven new business sales professional who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new customers?
We are looking for a highly motivated Microsoft New Business Specialist to join our growing team. This is a pure new business role focused on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers across Microsoft solutions and licensing.
While marketing campaigns and internal data will provide some support, the majority of success in this role will come from proactive prospecting, networking, outreach, and building a strong pipeline through self-generated opportunities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of hunting for new business, is commercially driven, and has a passion for helping customers realise the value of Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted campaigns.

- Maintain accurate opportunity records, forecasts, and activity within CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft's licensing programmes, funding initiatives, incentives, and market developments.
Note: This is a predominantly new business acquisition role. Whilst leads and data will be provided, successful candidates will be expected to generate a significant proportion of their own opportunities through proactive business development activity.
QualificationsEssential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' experience selling Microsoft licensing solutions.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft licensing, including Microsoft 365 licensing models and commercial licensing programmes.
