Microsoft Implementations Consultant

Are you a senior Microsoft Implementations Consultant who excels at designing and implementing transformative solutions that drive real business value? Do you thrive on independently architecting scalable systems, automating complex processes, and turning the Microsoft 365 ecosystem into a true engine for productivity, governance, and innovation?

You will independently lead the implementation and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will take purview, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform to deliver measurable gains in efficiency, security, compliance, and collaboration across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the analysis, design, development, and end-to-end implementation of complex Microsoft 365 solutions, including custom Power Apps, SharePoint Online architectures and applications, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reporting, and seamless integrations with Azure services, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Purview.

·         Architect and deploy scalable automations, governance frameworks, identity management, device management, and compliance solutions that directly address business needs and unlock strategic value.

·         Take full purview and ownership of the administration, configuration, security, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Microsoft 365 tenant (including Entra ID, Azure resources, Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related services), ensuring best-practice standards for performance, scalability, and reliability.

·         Monitor the environment, proactively identify improvement opportunities, enforce governance policies, and maintain compliance using Microsoft Purview capabilities.

·         Partner with business stakeholders in an agile manner to translate requirements into high-impact implementations, while providing expert guidance, hands-on training, and change support to drive adoption.

·         Troubleshoot advanced issues and deliver reliable technical resolutions to maintain seamless operations.

·         Champion Microsoft 365 best practices and innovation (including AI-powered tools such as Copilot) to foster collaboration and continuous improvement organization-wide.

Who We’re Looking For:

A senior, technically strong, proactive problem-solver who operates independently with full ownership. You combine deep implementation expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack with sharp analytical thinking, strategic insight, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

·       BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·       5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft implementation, administration, configuration, and development at a senior level.

·       High level of Corporate Professional Conduct and communication - experience liaising with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.

·       Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (or equivalent advanced certification).

·       Proven senior-level expertise in Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate (strong working knowledge of Power BI and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem is expected; experience with Microsoft Teams is beneficial but not the primary focus).

·       Demonstrated track record of independently leading complex implementations, delivering scalable solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes.

·       Proven analytical mindset with the ability to tackle complex problems and translate them into practical, high-value technical solutions.

·       Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.

·       Experience working with multiple business units and supporting varied teams in a dynamic environment.
