Responsibilities

顧客企業の AI 利用方針・ポリシー・リスク管理体制の設計・策定支援
NIST AI RMF、ISO/IEC 42001、EU AI Act、日本国内ガイドラインへの準拠対応
Agent365 を中心とした AI エージェント統制基盤の構築
エージェントのライフサイクル管理・権限設計・監査ログ運用の実装支援
データ境界(Data Boundary)設計および ID/権限統制の実装
Microsoft Purview を活用したデータ・AI 統制実装
DLP、Information Protection、Insider Risk Management、Communication Compliance による AI 利用の可視化・統制
Microsoft 365 Copilot / Azure AI のセキュアな展開支援
テナント設計、プロンプトインジェクション対策、責任ある AI(Responsible AI)実装
Copilot Studio / Microsoft Foundry を用いたカスタムエージェントの統制設計
AI リスクアセスメント・PoC 評価

Qualifications
必須要件
IT コンサルティングまたは事業会社 IT 部門での 5 年以上の実務経験
情報セキュリティ・ガバナンス(ISMS、NIST CSF、SOC2 等)、データガバナンス・プライバシー(個人情報保護法、GDPR 等)、またはクラウドガバナンス(Azure / M365 環境の統制設計)のいずれかの専門知識・実装経験
Microsoft 365、Azure、または同等のクラウドプラットフォームの基礎理解
日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
推奨要件
生成 AI / LLM / AI エージェント関連プロジェクトの実装・運用経験
Microsoft Purview、Microsoft Entra ID、Microsoft Defender 製品群の実装経験
AI 倫理・Responsible AI に関する知見、関連認定(IAPP AIGP 等)

Skills Required
- 5+ years in IT consulting or corporate IT
- Expertise and implementation experience in one of: information security & governance (ISMS, NIST CSF, SOC2), data governance & privacy (Personal Information Protection Act, GDPR), or cloud governance (Azure/M365 control design)
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent cloud platform
- Japanese native level and business-level English
- Experience implementing/operating generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents
- Implementation experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender product suite
- Knowledge of AI ethics / Responsible AI and related certifications (e.g., IAPP AIGP)
- Understanding of EU AI Act and Japanese AI regulations/guidelines
- Industry-specific regulatory compliance experience (financial, manufacturing, public, healthcare)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, AZ-500, SC-100, AI-102)
